ICB, pm baseline und pm basic syllabus

The pm baseline is intellectual property of pma and contains elements of knowledge about the project and program management as well as Project-management organizations.

The contents of the pm baseline are state of the art. Together with the IPMA Competence Baseline (ICB 3.0), they form the basis for project management certifications by pma. However, the pm baseline is neither a project management textbook nor course material and cannot replace the acquisition of specific project management knowledge.

Die pm baseline ist geistiges Eigentum der pma und enthält Wissenselemente zum Projekt- und Programmmanagement sowie zum Management Projektorientierter Organisationen.

Die Inhalte der pm baseline sind State of the Art. Gemeinsam mit der IPMAKompetenzrichtlinie (ICB 3.0) sind sie die Grundlage für die Projektmanagement Zertifizierungen durch pma.

Die pm baseline ist allerdings kein Projektmanagement Lehrbuch oder Skriptum und kann daher den Erwerb von individuellem Projektmanagement Wissen nicht ersetzen.

The ICB provides the official definition of a project manager's required competences regarding the IPMA four-level certification system.

Professional project management is divided into 46 competencies covering the following areas: technical skills for project management (20 items), behavioural skills of project personnel (15 elements) and context-skills for projects, programs and project portfolios (11 elements).

Die ICB enthält die offizielle Definition der von Projektmanagern/innen erwarteten Kompetenzen für die Zertifizierung im allgemeinen Vier-Level-Zertifizierungssystem der IPMA.

Professionelles Projektmanagement wird in 46 Kompetenzen gegliedert die folgende Bereiche abdecken: technische Kompetenzen für Projektmanagement (20 Elemente), Verhaltenskompetenzen des Projektpersonals (15 Elemente) und Kontext-Kompetenzen für Projekte, Programme und Projektportfolios (11 Elemente).
